Coolncoolapps built the Background video recorder app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Coolncoolapps at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We do not collect personal information from any user. "Personal information" is private. All the data that this application creates will be saved on your device. We never use, share or back up user data. Of course, the user can upload recorded videos to their Google Drive and Dropbox. We use the suggested secure API for that.

Permissions required
Camera: Required to record videos. If you do not allow this permission, the application will not work.
Record video: Required to enable sound when recording videos. You can enable or disable in the settings of an application.
Write External Storage: Required to save video recordings to internal and external storage.
Screen overlay: Required to show video preview over other application.
Location (optional): This is an optional permission. This permission is required if you want to tag the recorded video with location data. Please note that this location data will be stored and used by the Android OS for the gallery app. So it's safe. We do not store location data. We never use it for any other purpose.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
